How can I return the product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping cost

Customers need to pay the shipping cost for return if it’s not product problem. We will pay the shipping cost if it’s product problem.

Refunds

The money will be automatically refunded by your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact your bank if you don’t receive the refund for long time.
